A memorial service will be held 7 PM Saturday at the Lane Family Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel for Betty Jane Linebaugh, 85, of Youngstown who passed away Tuesday evening at Select Specialty Hospital in Youngstown. Betty was born August 27, 1929 in Youngstown the daughter of William E. and Marilyn (Worley) Arnold. She was a graduate of South High School class of 1947. Betty was a homemaker, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Betty was an avid sports fan and spent much of her time watching and cheering for the Cleveland Browns and Indians. She also enjoyed gardening, but most of all Betty loved spending time with her family. Betty leaves her husband of 64 years, Thomas E. Linebaugh, whom she married September 23, 1950, three daughters Karen (Joseph) Datko of Youngstown, Kim (Brian) Stanley of Austintown, and Alanna (Greg) Bailey of Warren, five grand children; Jason, David, Kiel, Amber, and Skylar, as well as 7 great grandchildren. Besides her parents, Betty is preceded in death by one son, Kevin Thomas Linebaugh, one grandson Nicholas J. Datko, one sister Judith Garcar, and her father and mother in law, Keith and Virginia Burks. Family and friends may call from 5 to 7 PM Saturday at the Lane Family Funeral Home Austintown Chapel where services will be held at 7 PM.
